The timestamp window in the project manager offers many more functions than first expected. If you right-click on the the column headers, you can show or hide certain columns. This way, you can filter your data the way you want it. All displayed columns are printed if you choose “Print list” in the context menu.

You can also group your results based on certain criteria. Right-click on a timestamp and point to “Group by”. Then choose the criteria you want to group your results in. You have the option to group by “Date”, “User”, “Project” or not group at all.

Usually you’ll need the timestamps of all users in a certain date range. Therefore hit Ctrl+B in order to display all timestamps of all users. Then set the data range to, e.g. Jan 1st until Jan 31st in the “Search” box underneath the timestamp list.

If you check the box “Show timestampa of all projects”, then Xpert-Timer displays all timestamps within this daterange. If you uncheck the box, only the timestamps of the project that is marked in the projectmanager (do a single click on the project) are displayed. This gives you the option to filter all timestamps of all users of one certain project during a spezific timerange.

Right-click on a timestamp again in order to print the list.
