Xpert-Timer MOBILE with new pause function

You can now enter a pause in Xpert-Timer MOBILE. This is a neat function for users, that only enter one timestamp a day and want to have their pause time automatically deducted from the daily working hours.

If you still want to run a report on your pause times, you still have to create a non-accountable project named “Pause” and stamp your times on that project.

Xpert-Timer MOBILE is a project time tracking software for Android Smartphones. It’s an installable app, so you don’t rely on any internet connection. A synchronisation with the Xpert-Timer PRO Windows Desktop version will be available soon.

Track your project times on Android!

Finally we are happy to announce, that our Xpert-Timer is now available for smartphones with Andorid 1.6 and up. So far over a hundred users from all over the world installed the application to track their time.

The application does not rely on an internet connection, so you can track your time anywhere…even in the Underground.

Our development and design department did a great job in designing the user interface. A lot of functions are included, but the app is not overloaded. Also, they decided to offer a trial version, to give you more than 1 day to test the product.

In order to be able to develop future products and still survive, we decided to charge around USD 6.50 for the app …depending on the exchange rate of the EUR.

Merge timestamps

If you have multiple timestamps of one project you’d like to merge to one single timestamp, you can do so. Just mark the timestamps with the mouse, right-click on the timestamp and choose “Merge”.

More transparency in your timestamps

Even if there are gaps between the timestamps you can merge them. You then have to decide what to do with the gaps. There’s two options. You can either just add the gaps to your timestamp, so the ending timestamp will stay the same, but the duration will extend, or you can subtract the gaps from the total time, so your ending timestamp will move to an earlier ending, but the duration will stay the same.
